Why We Started DevXAI Technologies
I am Padmanabhuni Venkata Saiteja, the founder of DevXAI Technologies. Before starting this company in 2021, I spent years in cybersecurity and software development. In those years I saw the same problems repeat at every company that worked with external dev agencies: vague scope, hourly billing with no upper bound, code delivered without documentation, and businesses left without the ability to maintain their own software after the agency relationship ended. I started DevXAI Technologies to do the opposite of every one of those problems.
The Three Things We Will Never Compromise On
Fixed-price contracts with written scope before work begins. You should know exactly what you are paying before you pay it. We absorb the risk of scope underestimation — not you. If something takes us longer than estimated because we underpriced it, that is our problem, not yours.
Full source code and IP handover on every project. You commission it, you own it. We have never built a product that a client could not take to another developer. Every credential — hosting, domain, third-party services — is transferred to accounts you control on completion. No exceptions.
Responsive communication throughout. You have direct access to the people working on your project. We respond to WhatsApp and email within working hours, same day. If something is not going to plan, we tell you immediately — not at the next scheduled check-in.

Since 2021 we have delivered projects across e-commerce, logistics, EdTech, healthcare, legal tech, and B2B SaaS. We have launched apps to the Apple App Store and Google Play that remain live and actively maintained. We have built internal systems that run daily operations for manufacturing and distribution businesses in Hyderabad.
