Process

From idea
to product.

What actually happens to your idea. Five stages, each one naming its deliverables and — unusually — what we need from you. A loop, not a line.

  1. Think

Understand the business before touching the product.

We map the commercial goal, the users, the constraints and what already exists. The output is a written scope with a fixed price attached — the point where most projects quietly go wrong is the point we make explicit.

    What you get

    • Discovery workshop
    • Written scope document
    • Fixed-price proposal
    • Technical risk register

    What we need

Access to whoever owns the decision, and honesty about the budget band.

  2. Design

Decide how it works before deciding how it looks.

Flows and information architecture first, interface system second. We design the states nobody demos — empty, loading, error, offline — because those are the ones users actually meet.

    What you get

    • User flows
    • Wireframes
    • Interface system
    • Clickable prototype

    What we need

Consolidated feedback in one pass per round.

  3. Develop

Build it so a different team could maintain it.

Weekly builds you can open on a real device. Code is written to be handed over from the first commit — readable, documented and free of anything that ties the product to us.

    What you get

    • Weekly staging builds
    • Architecture documentation
    • Test coverage on critical paths
    • Code review log

    What we need

Fifteen minutes a week to look at the build and say what is wrong.

  4. Launch

Ship it, then hand you the keys.

Store submission, production deployment, monitoring and analytics. Then the handover: repositories, infrastructure accounts, credentials, documentation and a walkthrough with your team.

    What you get

    • Store / production release
    • Monitoring and analytics
    • Full source-code handover
    • Team training session

    What we need

Store and infrastructure accounts in your own company name.

  5. Repeat

A launched product is a starting position.

Thirty days of warranty cover as standard, then an optional care plan: monitoring, releases, analytics review and the next round of work — priced the same way, fixed and written.

    What you get

    • 30-day warranty
    • Usage and stability review
    • Prioritised improvement backlog
    • Optional care plan

    What we need

What the numbers are telling you about your users.

The contract

Six commitments,
written into the contract.

  • Fixed price, written scope

You approve a written scope and a final number before a line of code is written. No hourly drift, no surprise invoices.

  • Complete source-code ownership

Repositories, infrastructure accounts and documentation are handed to you at launch. The IP is yours, in full.

  • No agency lock-in

Nothing we build depends on us to keep running. Any competent team can pick it up — that is the test we design to.

  • Direct engineering access

You talk to the people building your product, not to an account manager relaying messages.

  • 30-day post-launch warranty

Defects found in the first 30 days after launch are fixed at no cost, as part of delivery.

  • Proposal within 24 hours

After the discovery call you receive a fixed-price proposal with scope, milestones and timeline within one business day.
