Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the DevXAI Technologies website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials on DevXAI Technologies' website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. Under this license you may not:

Services
DevXAI Technologies provides digital product design and development services. All services are provided subject to:
- Project scope and requirements as agreed upon in writing
- Payment terms as specified in project agreements
- Timeline and deliverables as outlined in project documentation
User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Generally:
- Invoices are due within the timeframe specified in the invoice
- Late payments may incur additional fees
- All prices are in the currency specified in the project agreement
- Refunds are subject to the terms outlined in the project agreement
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of DevXAI Technologies or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
Project Deliverables
Ownership of project deliverables will be transferred to the client upon full payment, as specified in the project agreement. Until full payment is received, all deliverables remain the property of DevXAI Technologies.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall DevXAI Technologies, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
