01 — Problems
You are probably here
because of one of these.
- A product that needs push notifications, offline use or the camera — none of which a website does well.
- An app quoted twice because two teams are needed for two platforms.
- A build rejected by App Store review with no one on the team who knows why.
- An app that works on the office Wi-Fi and fails in the field.
- A published app nobody can update because the developer holds the signing keys.
02 — Capability
What we actually do.
- Cross-platform apps from one codebase
- Offline-first behaviour and sync
- Push notification infrastructure
- In-app payments and subscriptions
- Maps, geolocation and live tracking
- Store submission, review handling and release management
03 — Scope
What is in, and what is not.
The right-hand column is the one most studios leave out. Naming the exclusions up front is how a fixed price stays fixed.
Deliverables
- Released builds on Google Play and the App Store
- Store listings, screenshots and descriptions
- Signing keys and store accounts in your company name
- Crash reporting and analytics
- Release documentation your team can follow
- Full source repository
Not included
- Apple Developer and Google Play account fees
- App store review outcomes, which are Apple and Google decisions
- Paid user acquisition
- Backend infrastructure costs after handover
05 — Technical approach
What we build it with.
Chosen per project against your constraints — not a fixed house stack, and not a logo wall. The test is what your team can maintain after we hand it over.

How this gets proved
- Live on both stores: Boui Songs shipped to Google Play and the Apple App Store from one codebase.
- Store ratings and install bands are published on every case study and traceable to the listing.
- Signing keys and store accounts are yours from day one — the single most common lock-in in mobile work.
06 — Delivery
Checkpoints and timelines.
You sign off at each of these
- Discovery You approve the feature scope and the fixed price
- Design You approve the flows and interface
- Weekly builds You install each build on a real device
- Release Store approval, then handover of keys and accounts
Typical timelines
- Focused single-purpose app
- 4–8 weeks
- Marketplace or multi-role app
- 8–16 weeks
- App plus partner or admin app
- 12–24 weeks
Ranges, not promises. Your actual timeline is fixed in writing in the proposal once the scope is agreed.
07 — Engagement
How you buy this.
Fixed price against a written scope. Payment is milestone-based, the number does not move unless you change the scope in writing, and the complete source code plus every account is transferred to you at launch. A 30-day defect warranty is included as standard.
08 — Questions
The ones people actually ask.
Not for the categories of app most businesses need. We use Flutter or React Native where cross-platform is genuinely the right call, and say so plainly when it is not — a product built around platform-specific hardware behaviour is a different conversation.
You do, in your company name, created at the start of the project rather than transferred at the end. Same for the signing keys. This is the mechanism that decides whether you can leave us, so we settle it first.
We handle the review correspondence and the resubmission as part of delivery. Store approval is not something any studio can guarantee, but managing the process is our job, not yours.

Other disciplines.
- AI & Intelligent Automation Put the repetitive half of your operation on rails.
- Web Platforms Web products that load fast, rank, and convert.
- Custom ERP & Business Systems Software shaped like your operation, not like someone else’s.
- Product Design & UI/UX Decide how it works before deciding how it looks.
- APIs, Cloud & Integrations The layer everything else depends on — built to be handed over.
- Care Plans Someone still responsible after launch — by arrangement, not obligation.
